Technical Sales Representative

Part of the Flodraulic Group of companies, Omniflex supplies a wide variety of hose and fittings from low pressure to super high pressure, air, hydraulic and specialty fluids, low and high temperature with a multitude of fitting configuration and thread styles from around the world to meet the needs of diverse industrial customers. We have an immediate requirement for a **Technical Sales Representative**, based out of our Toronto-Etobicoke, Ontario Branch.
The outside sales team is crucial to the success of this organization. It begins with motivated, dependable and excited employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the development of the sales strategy and planning to include customer target accounts, prospecting, sales leads follow up and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met and exceeded through the delivery of technical advice and support, troubleshooting and providing resolution to inquiries as they a rise
**Qualifications/Experience/Skills**:
- Any experience as an outside sales representative in an industrial environment, preferably hydraulic and/or fluid conveyance products.
- 5+ years Inside sales experience in fluid conveyance/hydraulics an asset
- Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics/fluid power preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management, networking and account strategy capabilities in a diverse multi-account environment
