PPI is currently looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team. **_This is a contract position of approximately 6 months_**, based in Brossard, Quebec.

**Facilities Management Coordinator**

The primary focus of the Coordinator, Facilities Management, is to provide hands on support for the decommissioning and renovations of our identified PPI offices in Quebec. Reporting to the Manager, PPI Facilities Management, you will work closely with local business leaders and third-party vendors to provide project support for the assigned facilities related initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
Move Management
- Managing all project implementation activities including planning and preparation of all move activities for locations (Auteuil, Nun’s Island and Quebec City)
- Completing detailed data gathering and database management as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Completing space, storage, furniture and other facilities audits
- Coordinating with internal clients, third parties, IT, facilities, movers

Health & Safety
- Researching all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to operation of building’s infrastructure and advise facilities manager
- Assisting with the establishment and implementation of processes as per Office Workplace Health & Safety guidelines

Workplace Services
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with deploying national contracts for kitchen/beverage supplies
- Preparing and producing materials and presentations for Senior Management Team meetings as requested
- Maintaining up-to-date seating chart and floor plans for hybrid work environment
- Assisting with logistics for meetings with designers and contractors as requested
- Assisting with construction and renovation projects
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Presence at PPI offices in Nun’s Island and Auteuil required at least 3 days/week; willingness to travel/proximity to these offices required_
