**Summary**:
The Leadership Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and delivery of the leadership program at the camp. This role involves working closely with the Program Director and other instructors to design and implement leadership development activities and projects for campers in Grade 9. The Leadership Program Coordinator should have a passion for inspiring and empowering young people to become leaders, and should be able to demonstrate their experience in facilitating leadership development programs for children and youth.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Program Director and other instructors to design and implement leadership development activities and projects for campers (Grade 9)
- Facilitate leadership development workshops, team building activities, and other programming as needed
- Supervise and support a team of Instructors and Counsellors who are working with the leadership program campers
- Ensure that the leadership program is consistent with the camp's mission and goals, and aligns with best practices in leadership development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the leadership program, including participant progress and evaluations, program evaluation data, and other relevant information
- Communicate regularly with the Program Director and other staff members about the progress and needs of the leadership program
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of leadership program participants as needed
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Completing a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Leadership, or Youth Development
- 3+ years of experience in facilitating leadership development programs for children and youth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for empowering and inspiring young people to become leaders
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Current vulnerable sector screen (within 1 year)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
