**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage with customers in a warm, professional manner, understanding their needs for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Present our lineup of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points with confidence.
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on a journey to discover the perfect vehicle for them.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and additional services available to customers.
- Create an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to the final delivery and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet dealership objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive advancements and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proven ability to multitask and work both independently and with a team.
- A track record of overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Knowledge of Volvo vehicles is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Social media savvy is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French.
