**Responsibilities**:

- Populate the social media calendar for all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Strava, Tik-Tok) aligned with brand goals and key events.
- Create and publish social content (text, images, and videos) that resonates with our trail running audience.
- Source captivating content. Adapt and edit existing content to perfectly suit each platform's format and style.
- Write compelling captions that engage our followers
- Collaborate with our athletes to execute engaging social media campaigns
- Stay on top of current trends and adapt our strategy accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
- Actively engage with our online community, responding to queries, comments, and messages. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring all questions are answered.
- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to derive insights and refine our strategy accordingly.

**Experience**:

- English native and bilingual in French, with excellent copywriting skills
- Previous experience in Community Management
- Proficient with Adobe Creative tools, social media tools and social performance analysis
- Organized, detail-oriented, creative, innovative and tech-savvy
- Passionate about trail running and able to travel to running events

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer le calendrier de publications pour toutes les plateformes (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Strava, Tik-Tok) en fonction des objectifs de la marque et des événements clés.à
- Créer et publier du contenu (texte, images et vidéos) qui résonne avec notre audience de coureurs de Trail.
- Trouver du contenu captivant. Adapter et éditer le contenu existant pour parfaitement convenir au format et au style de chaque plateforme.
- Rédiger des légendes convaincantes qui engagent nos abonnés.
- Collaborer avec nos athlètes pour exécuter des campagnes engageantes sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances actuelles et adapter notre stratégie en conséquence pour maximiser notre portée et impact.
- S'engager activement avec notre communauté en ligne, répondre aux questions, commentaires et messages. Traiter les demandes des clients rapidement et professionnellement, en s'assurant que toutes les questions reçoivent une réponse.
- Veille et analyse des médias sociaux pour affiner notre stratégie.

**Expérience**:

- Anglais natif et bilingue en français, avec d'excellentes compétences en rédaction.
- Expérience préalable en gestion de communauté.
- Expérience avec les outils Adobe Creative, les réseaux sociaux et les outils d'analyse des performances.
- Organisé, attentif aux détails, créatif, innovant et à l'aise avec la technologie.
- Passionné par le trail et capable de voyager pour des événements de course.
