**Major Responsibilities**
- Working with external sales partners and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of Sales Targets and Marketing Strategies are executed.
- Responsible for creating Marketing Strategies with external agencies to drive sales results in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accountable for working with the Director of Operations to create project schedules and ensure the timely execution while liaising with external resources.
- Accountable for the creation, printing, stocking, and execution of all Marketing Materials
- Accountable for the management of social media external agencies.
- Accountable for the set up, and presentation of Sales Centres, Off Site Sales location, virtual offices, and Model Home Sales Offices including Broker presentation events.
- Accountable for managing the creative branding story, all creative assets while meeting Dunsire branding guidelines.
- Accountable for the project schedule and full execution of all Sales Locations either online, in person or at temporary locations.
- Monitor competitor’s active communities, campaigns, and sales.
- Own and be accountable for sales and marketing budgets, forecast and actuals for all Sales & Marketing activities.
- Distribute Sales Documentation to internal team upon signing off all tentative deals, including distribution to Legal team upon Firm Sale.
- Help create and maintenance sales and marketing department processes and filing structure.
- Produce, proof, and maintain appropriate sales materials (pricing sheets, spec sheets, discount sheets, schedule of features, agreements of purchase and sale, Tarion documents etc.)
- Ensure presentation of signage on site, model homes, sales centers and the brand are properly represented at all exterior touchpoints.
- Plan and attend all launch events, phase release events, grand openings, model home releases and other events as required by the sales and marketing team as per budget.
- Prepare after event reports/presentations and engage in team discussions to show case results and best practices earned from the event.
- Source and manage the most suitable production and marketing vendors for all our marketing needs within a defined budget (i.e.: Printers, Signage Installers, A-frame, Flags, Swag, Trailers etc.
- Maintain great relationships with our vendors by communicating promptly and submitting necessary items on time.
- Ensures websites are up to date.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years sales and marketing experience in the new home construction industry.
- Degree/diploma/certificate in Marketing, Communications Business, Advertising, or a related field, with a focus on Marketing is preferred.
- Experience working with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google, etc.) is an asset.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and ongoing curiosity of the marketing landscape including consumer behavior, media consumption, creative trends, and social media.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities while using a well-developed problem-solving ability to resolve issues as they arise.
