Rice Point a division of Computershare has an amazing remote opportunity to join our Class Action team as a Class Action **Case Coordinator**.
Our Class Actions Services team has been recognized as the best claims administrator by several law journals and industry insiders. We execute all operations in-house with zero outsourcing which allows for full quality control over our wide range of services.
**A role you will love**
Class Action Case Coordinator will report to the Manager of Class Actions Services, and you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight.
**Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions**:
- Overall responsibility for ensuring the requirements of the cases/projects is satisfied.
- In conjunction with the Case Specialist, communicate, coordinate and report requirements and status of all assigned projects in a timely manner with clients.
- Integrate project administration requirements and milestones into a project plan for the entire project lifecycle.
- Responsible for ensuring all project issues are identified and resolved appropriately.
- Responsible for defining project processing procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing and signing off on case court declarations.
- Responsible for reviewing and signing off disbursement of funds and ensuring execution.
- Resource planning and scheduling
- Responsible for ensuring governing documents (e.g., Court Orders, Settlement Agreements, and contracts) are complied with during the life of the project.
- Manage project costs: forecast and manage budgets
- Review and approve staff time.
- Review and approve client invoices
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

**Other key skills required for the role include**:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high-pressure environment
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Fluently bilingual in both French/English
