**Summary of Responsibilities**

Lead the day-to-day operations of Yamaha Motor Canada’s corporate website, Yamaha Motor Adventure website, and YMFCA’s Adventure Protect website, to ensure they operate as expected including keeping content current and relevant, troubleshooting issues as they arise, working closely with our website agency to coordinate and prioritize tasks, overseeing minor website enhancement projects, and managing SLA budget. Working with website agency implement, monitor, and modify when required, website analytics and reporting tools to measure key performance indicators (KPI).

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain operational functionality, including backend system data feeds; effective and uninterrupted operation of existing site capabilities such as Configurator and Search; work with relevant stakeholders to ensure site content is regularly refreshed; ensure unimpeded usability of all websites; control user access to Production and Development environments.
- Ensure problems on any of the websites are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner; utilize web ticketing system (Usersnap) and assign appropriate severity per ticket, track resolution.
- Ensure all aspects of ecommerce Order Management System are working optimally; support CEG and DC teams in their day-to-day operations related to order fulfilment; contribute to CEG strategy decisions as they pertain to OMS capabilities; work with the Accounting department to provide requested data related to fulfilled orders as required.
- Manage projects that add functionality and consumer benefit to the website including (but not limited to) building embargo day microsites, campaign landing pages, widget utilization and creation; unlock out of box capabilities of website platform.
- Work closely with all involved departments and web agency to ensure embargos run smoothly, including marketing and product specialists for unit shell creation and image manipulation, P&A group for fitment carry over, sales team for pricing per variant accuracy; usage CMS tools to copy units from DEV servers to production.
- Working with respective business units, identify website KPIs and track site performance. Develop and provide monthly reporting. Evaluate areas to optimize user experience. Monitor industry trends and best practices to help define and provide a best-in-class experience for visitors to our websites.
- Foster a strong relationship with web agency and other vendors through regular status meetings and collaboration on support and/or projects they are involved with.

**Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements**
- **Degree/Diploma**:Bachelor’s Degree
- **Program of Study**:Website design, Marketing/Business Administration, or related field
- **Years of Experience**:5+
- **Type of Experience**:Managing a large corporate website that includes multiple product groups, thousands of product SKUs, and e-commerce functionality

**Skills & Abilities**
- Solid understanding of the structure of website design, including API and web services.
- Strong knowledge of Yamaha’s backend systems content and how they drive website data.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task on several projects at the same time.
- Strong time management capability.
- Proficient with Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Functional knowledge of HTML, java script, and working with relational database structure and query is an asset.
