We are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients across Canada. With a strong reputation in the industry, we are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Kingston office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and change orders with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete, including contracts, insurance, and other compliance documents.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of contracts and project milestones.
- Track project progress, budgets, and payments, and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in resolving contract-related issues, such as disputes, delays, or compliance matters.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and contract fulfillment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in construction, preferably in Division 8 or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, legal requirements, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: $41,960.97-$54,596.70 per year
