Duties / Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping - Invoicing, purchase ordering
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll, Time Sheets, ROEs, Benefits program
- Health and Safety Program
- Workers Compensation
- Processing and administration of A/P, A/R, and tax remittances
- Compilation of year-end tax documentation
- General office duties - maintaining office stock, general tidiness.

Skills / Abilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be capable of taking direction from multiple superiors and able to work well with all levels of employees within the organization
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills; strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Adobe
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Deluxe Payroll considered an asset
- Possess valid Manitoba driver’s license - we are not on a bus route
