**Inventory Planning Analyst (Hybrid) - 12 Month Contract**

Do you understand sell-through analysis and have a knack for managing inventory?

If you do, then the
**Inventory Planning Analyst role** could be the right fit for you.

Reporting to the Manager, Budget & Inventory Planning you will plan, analyze, and monitor inventory requirements for internal team here at Canon Canada. Additionally, you will prepare and consolidate reports for management and develop process improvements for the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, monitor and update sales/purchase plans for assigned products
- Compare and analyze the difference between forecast and actual results
- Analyze inventory plans for assigned products
- Monitor monthly inventory levels, implement measures to reduce aging stock
- Analyze and develop process improvements
- Negotiate with 3rd party vendors and communicate product status and availability with sales team

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- 3-5 Years experience in Inventory Management or Supply Chain
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Analytical skills to assess previous sales histories and determine inventory purchases
- Time-Management skills to balance multiple daily, weekly and monthly priories.
- Fully bilingual French and English is considered an asset
- Intermediate Excel Skills - Vlookups, Pivot Tables and other basic formulas.
