**About the Sales Analyst**:
As part of the Vendor Sales team, you will work closely with Account Managers to support them throughout the transaction process.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assist Account Managers in reaching their growth and development goals
- Propose and execute marketing and solicitation strategies to help reach business goals
- Initiate prospecting activities to turn opportunities into clients and boost business development
- Be the point person for clients, vendors, and internal departments under the supervision of an Account Manager
- Generate and analyze reports as required for sales team
- Prepare legal and administrative documents
- Support Account Managers throughout the life cycle of a transaction
- Underwrite deals with the sales and credit team

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related program
- Financial analysis and sales aptitude required
- Knowledge of leasing, business operating structures and contract law
- Motivated and goal driven
- Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM
- Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to work in a team
