**Job Title: Team Leader**

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is ready to lead and inspire our team to new heights of success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and participate in the installation of internet and fibre optic services.

Efficiently manage the team's workload to ensure timely completion of projects.

Conduct safety and post-installation inspections to maintain the highest quality standards.

Drive continuous performance improvement across all operations.

Generate detailed reports on team performance, project completion, and safety compliance.

Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Work closely with underperforming team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their performance.

Possesses excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.

Has a strong background in internet and fibre optic installations.

Demonstrates a firm commitment to safety and quality standards.

Exhibits outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Is a problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.

Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Is responsive and attentive to the needs of the team and the business.

Holds relevant experience in telecommunications, automation solutions, or a related field.

Pay: $48,520.02-$650,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Weekends as needed

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
