Life and Care medical clinic is looking for an Medical Office receptionist. Must be available during clinic hours between 9 am - 5 pm.

List of Duties:

- Daily patient intake and registration.
- Answer and respond to regular and frequent phone calls for patient bookings and follow - up questions.
- Accept payment from patients for non-insured visit fees.
- Manage patient bookings/referral processes.
- Daily clerical tasks such as scanning and faxing medical records, collecting mail, managing petty cash, filing, archiving files, and maintaining inventory.
- Gather, record, and update medical, personal, and insurance information from patients.
- Maintain consultation rooms and waiting areas by keeping rooms tidy, Sanitizing surface areas, and stocking supplies as needed.

Ideal Experience/ Qualifications:

- At least 2 year previous administrative experience in a medical practice facility.
- Experience with electronic medical record software. Preferably knowledgeable to Accuro EMR.
- Exceptional Organizational skills with strong attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $14.00-$14.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
