**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Full Payables cycle including journal entries, bank reconciliation, month, and year-end closings.
- Reviewing and entering vendor bills for payment.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly visa reconciliations.
- Assisting in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and account analyses for partners.
- Generate various accounting reports while providing insight.
- Preparation of year-end working papers for the accountant.
- Update and post entries to the GL.
- Maintain accurate, reliable, and complete accounting records.
- Perform month-end closing procedures in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and reimburse employee expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in Accounting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks and BQE Core

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:
