**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking a talented **Proposal Specialist** to join our Marketing + Communications team. Together with our other Proposal Specialists, you will handle the intake, prioritization, and completion of fee proposals to support our studio.

You will be an integral part of the creation and delivery of high-calibre fee proposals that continue to enhance our brand. Often working to tight deadlines, this is a dynamic and extremely collaborative position that involves working closely with the Marketing + Communications team, our Finance Department, CFO, Partners, and teams across the studio. As a key part of our business development strategy, attention to detail, processes, reporting, and organization is essential. This is a hybrid role with four days required in the studio.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Understanding our client needs to develop technically accurate responses to fee proposals that reflect our brand, voice, and standards, while working with existing templates, including an established scope-of-work.
- On all proposals, schedule/facilitate contributions of all parties, ensure compliance, draft standard proposal sections, facilitate reviews, and perform quality control on final document.
- Track project statuses and outcomes utilizing Unanet, our ERP software, by keeping accurate records on fee proposals in progress, completed, wins, losses, etc.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative approaches to increase efficiency and help our studio reach its goals, including collaboration with our Digital Practice and Operations teams to strategize on workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
- You have:_
- A degree/diploma from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience creating fee proposals, marketing or technical content is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign CC and MS Office products (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
