We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team, working a** hybrid work schedule** from our Toronto office, working a combination of remote and in-office.

This individual will enable our company to continue to provide the highest level of service to our very valued customers by supporting our sales processes. By working together with all departments, this individual will ensure that our customers’ needs/request are always met, create and support opportunities to sell new equipment and services, as well as organize the marketing needs for the company by way of design and promotional products.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process orders, including net new installs, renewals, and ownership changes, reviewing all information to ensure accuracy, and liaising with internal stakeholders to provide correct documentation.
- Liaise with Investors and dealers to provide pricing on current inventory, sell equipment and collect payment information.
- Coordinate with A/R to provide sales orders and process payments for purchase of equipment.
- Provide pertinent pre-sales information and documentation to Account Managers to help facilitate a sale.
- Provide post-sales support to Account Managers; providing necessary account information, as needed.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, compiling monthly sales reports for tracking.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information, answer inquiries, and receive feedback on services and processes to be provided to Account Managers for further follow-up.
- Help prepare sales presentations under the guidance of National Accounts Managers.
- Support marketing initiatives, as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties, as assigned or required.

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- High School diploma/GED or College diploma, with focus on in business administration, communications, and/or other related field of study.
- Related courses in sales administration are_ an asset_.

**EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, & KEY COMPETENCIES**
- 2 + years of relevant work experience in a Sales Administrator or administrative role.
- 2 + years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or management role, an asset.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French (verbal and written), an asset.
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn database management systems quickly and navigate complex systems with ease.
- Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mind set and active commitment to customer retention, with superior interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
