Client Experience Specialist

**Yellow Goat Design is seeking a full-time experienced Client Liaison Specialist to manage all YGD projects in the production phase from a client-facing standpoint. This role functions as a liaison between the YGD production team and the client.**
**Responsibilities will include**:
Managing client expectations from the design phase through production from a client-facing standpoint;
Daily/constant communication with YGD’s Illumination studio team to discuss project status, next steps and action items;
Following up with clients regularly when we need to obtain information in order to move forward with a project;
Scheduling, hosting, and taking notes on calls between client and YGD project team and distributing meeting minutes;
Resolving conflicts/proposing solutions quickly when issues arise;
Providing a very high level of service to client to foster and maintain strong client relationships that YGD has built;
Communication with the YGD sales/design development team when issues arise to strategically plan solutions together.

Ability to manage and interact with many client types, knowledge levels, and personalities (FF&E purchaser, general contractor, electrical contractor, electrical distributor, interior designer, architect, lighting designer, client project manager, developer/owner, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
College Diploma, Bachelor of Design, Certificate, or University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architectural Technology, or Lighting Design, minimum 5 years consecutive work experience.
Experience working as an intermediate or senior Client Liaison for FF&E or A&D product manufacturers, or
Experience working as an intermediate or senior Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Coordinator in an A&D related role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $73,736.50-$110,000.50 per year
