**Your opportunity**:
Under the supervision of the Associate Registrar, Registration and the general direction of the Director, Student Experience, the incumbent provides database, systems and ROSI services and support in relation to the Graduate Programs in Education at OISE.

When required, the incumbent will be expected to act in place of the Associate Registrar, Registration including supervising the Registration team and representing the Registration Team and ROSE in registration and ROSI-related meetings with departments, Education Commons (EC) and Information Technology and Services (ITS) Units (EASI, ISEA, etc.) both at OISE and the broader U of T community.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyzing complex data that requires great precision and attention to many details
- Making recommendations on suitability of major system refinements and upgrades
- Producing complex statistical information
- Verifying and reconciling data errors
- Identifying and analyzing data discrepancies and taking necessary actions to correct errors
- Designing and optimizing databases
- Training end-users on procedures andthe use of supported IT systems
- Probing for information to determine requirements for ad hoc data requests

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years.
- Five years of recent and relevant experience in the registration/ records and/ or admissions area within a high-volume, deadline-driven, computerized customer service post-secondary environment preferably the University of Toronto or similar environment.
- Previous business experience in information and data management. Strong working knowledge of ROSI and MS Access essential.
- Proficiency on the computer, including a variety of computer programs and especially the MS Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent keyboarding skills. Detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy in work.

- Ability to work as an integral part of the ORSS team and to contribute positively to the team atmosphere of the office.

- Good knowledge of the University policies, procedures, mission and work environment.
- Ability to assume responsibilities and upmost accuracy in Ministry data reporting.
