**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with GAV MGMT’s business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent for the AV integration industry.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Foster a positive work culture and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits strategies that support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, especially as they pertain to the audio-video integration sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Experience working in the technology or audio-video integration industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, payroll systems, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
