**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors professionally and courteously.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Make party rentals quotes.
- One-on-one appointments with clients.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Maintained a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Process incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with filing, copying, and other clerical duties.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $14.35-$16.50 per hour
