Security Field Supervisor

**Position: Security Field Supervisor**

**Wage: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour**

**Requirements**:

- Certificate in Security Management or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security field.
- Valid Security Licence for the province of Ontario.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- Leadership training is considered an asset.
- Full G Driver's license preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and supervise security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor security personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate and schedule security staff to meet client requirements and maintain optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
- Handle security incidents, conducting investigations when required and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enhance security strategies and protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to security management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.
