  • About the Role:
  • In this key leadership position at Anderson Blake Security Inc., you will oversee the daily operations of our security team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise a team of security personnel to ensure they are following established procedures and policies.
    • Develop and implement effective security plans to protect people and assets.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and respond accordingly.
    • Provide training and guidance to security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License required.
