Sales Person

**Position Summary**:
You will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and guiding clients through the immigration process, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Vietnamese-speaking community.
- Qualify leads and convert them into customers by effectively explaining immigration services.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- **Client Consultation & Service**:
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on available immigration programs (e.g., work visas, student visas, family sponsorships, permanent residency options).
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on immigration policies, processes, and legal requirements.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Follow up with leads and clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or referral opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the immigration team, ensuring smooth communication and handling of all paperwork and documentation.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure that all client information is recorded correctly and securely in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Stay informed about trends, changes in immigration laws, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs, opportunities, and challenges in the Vietnamese-speaking community.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events targeted at the Vietnamese market to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**:
- **Fluency in Vietnamese** (both spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with the Vietnamese-speaking client base.
- **Immigration Experience**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role in the immigration industry, or relevant experience in visa consultancy or related fields.
- Familiarity with immigration laws and processes.
- **Sales & Customer Service Experience**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building relationships with clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor sales pitches to different client needs and effectively close deals.
- **Cultural Competence**:
- Understanding of the Vietnamese culture, values, and specific immigration challenges faced by the Vietnamese community.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with online tools and platforms to support sales and client communications.
- **Other**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally (if necessary) for client meetings and networking events.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a customer service, business development, or sales role within a legal or immigration-related firm.
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to conduct consultations and provide support in both languages.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese immigration issues, challenges, and specific client needs.

Pay: $50,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
