This position of Office Manager is within Real City Group. A leader in the real estate industry and a medallion club team (Top 10%). Our business is built on helping Buyers and Sellers negotiate winning deals via market intelligence and tenacity. We offer a results driven service, here to act as a trusted partner for our clients who know they could be seeing better results from their real estate agent. We’re here to help as many proactive and positive homeowners, who are committed and open to utilizing our knowledge of marketing and the local real estate market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

*note* training will be provided
- Assist in maintaining relationships with Agents, Partners and Suppliers
- Transaction Management
- Prepare CMA Packages and Listing Documentation
- Listing Coordination - Ordering Strata Documentation and Title Review; Scheduling - Photos, Video, Floorplans, Brochures, and Sign Installation; Uploading Listing to MLS
- Maintain Agent Materials and Campaigns
- Coordinate Client Appreciation Events
- Coordinate Social Media and Marketing Activities with Virtual Assistant

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
