**Surface Land Field Administrator**

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Preparing rental letters, rental review packages for the field including calculation sheets and maintaining the rental review tracker for the District
- Creating and sending pipeline abandonment notifications and 3rd party proximity or crossing consents (Supporting the Abandonment & Reclamation Programs)
- Updating and maintaining a number of tracking spreadsheets for reporting costs and timelines (First Nations Consultation Tracker)
- Updating CNRL’s Field comments and information in our Wellsite Tracking Program (ETS) and Pipeline Tracking Program (Camino) for Surface Landman
- Assisting with various queries for landowner contact information and file numbers
- Assisting the Surface Landmn in tracking any Stakeholder issues (Community and Indigenous donations requests)
- Coding of invoices for the District and entering into Open Invoice (ADP)
- Providing support for Operations Superintendent as needed

**Other Details**:

- Job location: St. Albert, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off - Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
- Eligible for relocation pursuant to Canadian Natural’s Relocation Regular Policy

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Completion of a Surface Land Administration program or similar preferred
- Minimum 2 -5 years’ office experience, preferably in an oil and gas environment
- Ability to obtain a Commissioner of Oaths
- Familiarity with Rules, Acts, Directives, etc. relating to third party agreements
- Experience using QBLM or Qbyte land systems, Microsoft office, Adobe, general computer skills
