**Spécialiste de données de formation - Aéronautique**

Lorsque vous prenez l’avion, peu importe la destination, il y a de fortes chances que le pilote ait été formé par CAE. Le point focal étant les clients, l’équipe Accélérateur numérique s’engage à rehausser l’expérience de formation afin de s’assurer que les pilotes soient les meilleurs possible.

**Votre mission**:

- En tant que spécialiste de données de formation aéronautique, vous aurez un éventail de responsabilités allant de l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de produits numériques d’aide à l’entrainement des pilotes en utilisant des données en temps réel et de fournir une plateforme analytique de données fournissant des tableaux de bord afin d’améliorer la formation des pilotes. Votre travail permettra de veiller à ce que l’entreprise demeure à l’avant-garde de la technologie.
- À titre de spécialiste de données de formation, vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe multifonctionnelle avec le chargé de produit, les concepteurs et le développeur principal en vue de développer conjointement les produits numériques.
- Votre rôle et responsabilités principales:

- Utiliser les pratiques d’ingénierie Agile et divers logiciels et technologies pour développer rapidement des solutions créatives et efficaces qui améliorent l’expérience des clients et des employés.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour créer des scénarios d’utilisateurs et des tests de conception clairs pour les prototypes et les produits, et afin d’offrir continuellement des améliorations de produits.
- Être un agent de changement et un promoteur de la mentalité agile
- Contribuer au milieu de travail collaboratif et stimulant
- Se garder à l’affût des nouvelles tendances et apporter des idées d’innovation

**Vos compétences techniques**:

- Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou en génie logiciel
- Bonne connaissance en systèmes aéronautiques et aérodynamique d’avion
- Connaissance en programmation Python (librairie de traitement et analyse de données)
- Connaissance en programmation en C # et.NET (4.7+ ou Core)
- Connaissance en programmation de langage de base de données (e.g. SQL)
- Connaissance pratique du développement sous Azure
- Connaissance des Microservices et expérience de leur développement
- Expérience d'utilisation des services d’Azure DevOps
- Connaissance de l'intégration continue, de la livraison continue et du développement piloté par les tests
- Connaissance des méthodes de gestion Agile et Scrum
- Expérience des tests unitaires et des tests fonctionnels automatisés
- Connaissance de l’environnement de simulation de vol, un atout
- Connaissance en technique d’intelligence artificielle, un atout
- Bilingue (français et anglais), un atout
