We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a flexible work schedule and has a passion for administrative work.

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the team and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

As an admin assistant, you will also be responsible for tasks such as:

- Managing and updating databases and filing systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Drafting correspondence and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and meeting materials
- Conducting research and gathering information as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team

Qualifications for an administrative assistant:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
