**Position: Insurance Broker (RIBO Licensed)**

Role Overview:
As a Property and Casualty/Commercial Insurance Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of our client-centric approach. You’ll be responsible for cultivating new business by leveraging our existing network and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expand our business by leveraging our existing network, drive new business acquisitions and foster lasting relationships.
- Prioritize client retention by understanding their needs, providing tailored insurance advice.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, in alignment with established service timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quotes while effectively re-marketing policies when needed.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all system policies and procedures and underwriting criteria established by our esteemed brokerage partners.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Home and Auto is a plus.
- RIBO licensed mandatory, LLQP is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and sharp analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven selling skills with a keen focus on driving business growth.
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing professionally, and contributing to the company’s culture and success.
- Strong values that prioritize ethics and integrity in all aspects.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team while demonstrating self motivation and initiative.

**Salary**: $33,100.00-$75,000.00 per year
