**What’s the Scope?**

**_Planning_**

Set executive priorities by scheduling and adjusting meetings, determining the in-person or virtual nature based on executive availability and meeting needs while having insight into the ongoing activities of senior management and departments to effectively maintain calendar and focus on key, critical issues

**_Corporate Strategy_**

Book meetings into Corporate Planning calendar from associate requests. Organize meeting set up based on executive need (room selection, room set up, catering orders, etc.). Create weekly agendas based on scheduled updates.

**_Accounting_**

Determine spends in key areas to ensure department and executive budget remains cost-conscious while having enough funds to perform tasks. Determine risks and opportunities and verify invoice amounts. Notify stakeholders and make amendments of discrepancies. Maintain processed invoices tracker and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

**_Event Planning_**

Event decisions made through sourcing and selecting of venues, and organizing details within event (ex. table seating, event format, run of show etc.). Project management skills needed to effectively plan and implement events, manage venues, and keep event within budget. Create holistic annual plan for team engagement for multiple departments.

**_ZEV Compliance_**

Obtain data from Sales and Inventory Planning department (SIP) and consolidate data for submission to regulatory bodies within required deadlines. Maintain document to keep track of all vehicle registrations and VIN submission submitted to regulatory bodies.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Strategic time management for leadership including calendar management for VP and Directors (EA, Corporate Strategy and Innovation), scheduling meetings, organizing travel, coordinating executive approval, demo vehicle ordering, and expense reports
- Liaise regularly with departments, internal Associates, and stakeholders to provide necessary support
- Monitor and analyze budgets to provide quarterly summary and projections (including monthly report and variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, original budget and forecast creation while flagging any risks and partnering with F&A)
- Provide financial administration support by create RQs and POs, processing invoices, tracking expenditures, reviewing contracts, creating and maintaining SOPs, and supporting team member financial administration training for EA
- Increase collaboration between teams and executives by creating, presenting and implementing the annual team engagement plan for EA and Corporate Strategy and Innovation
- Organize the executive holiday party
- Ensure Corporate Strategy team is supported by booking MC and EC meetings, creating agendas, and supporting organization of Corporate Strategy events
- Support departments with miscellaneous tasks to ensure timelines are met, including monthly sales press release support, ZEV credit submission
- Administration Support - maintain department storage room, TCI Connect, supply ordering, vehicle circulation, recurring team meeting scheduling, catering orders, support team members with booking travel, department card reconciliation

**What You’ll Bring**:
