Planning Analyst

**In your role, you will**:
- Develop a detailed plan to support the sector master plan, ensuring that planning tools are kept up to date.
- Communicate the plan for its sectors and its modifications.
- Monitor and measure adherence to the sector plan (efficiency, rate and late hours).
- Interpret and analyze the supply chain cycle at detailed plan level (by workstation) to monitor the progress of final assembly line and manufacturing activities.
- Create and maintain performance reports.
- Understand the manpower plan, component demand plan, work progress report, rate summary, positions, Industrial Engineering recipes and learning curve.
- Implement a recovery plan in the event of non-conformance or delays on the production line.
- Participate in the development and implementation of various logistics strategies for all activities related to interior finishing and supporting production needs.
- Plan work to meet daily operations based on capacity, plant constraints and company profitability objectives.
- Support the product change management process and transpose changes to the detailed plan.
- Interact with several multi-functional teams (Production, Internal Logistics and Procurement, Methods, Industrial Engineering and Quality).
- Maintain dates in the ERP system.
- Participate in production governance.
- Support / participate to improvement projects.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or operations management.
- You have a minimum of two years (2) of relevant experience in scheduling.
- You are very efficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
- You must be organized, effectively manage your time and are autonomous.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.
- You have good analytical, communication, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- You have an open mind and team spirit.
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in French and English
