**Aperçu du poste:
Nous recherchons un analyste pour rejoindre l'équipe dynamique de Smardt. En tant que analyste technique, vous jouerez un rôle important dans la traduction d'informations techniques complexes en des processus et une documentation claire et concise qui soutient les différentes étapes du cycle de vie des logiciels utilisé a l'interne.
**Responsabilités**:
- Collaborer avec les touts départements informatiques et les différentes unités d'affaires afin de concevoir des guides utilisateurs complet pour la gamme de logiciels et de systèmes utilisés en interne.
- Travailler avec les chefs de departement pour rassembler les détails techniques et les traduire en une documentation conviviale.
Travaillez avec des experts en la matière pour recueillir des détails techniques et les traduire en documentation dont l'utilisation est facile pour un non-professionnel.
- Se tenir au courant des caractéristiques et des mises à jour des produits afin de s'assurer que les manuels reflètent les informations les plus récentes.
- Analyser et recueillir les commentaires des équipes afin d'améliorer en permanence la clarité et l'efficacité des manuels d'installation et d'utilisation.
- Assister à la formation pendant l'intégration des nouveaux employés, en utilisant la documentation produite.
**Qualifications**:
- Diplome dans un domaine technique pertinent ou expérience proessionnelle équivalente.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que rédacteur technique.
- Bonne maîttrise et compréhension des principes de redactions techniques.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation d'outils et de logiciels de documentation.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la collaboration.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Smardt. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into clear and concise documentation that supports the various stages of our product lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with all department and various business units to identify and document business and systems process being used.
- Perpetual improvements, reviews and feedback to improve the clarity and effectiveness of installation and user manuals.
- Provide training during the onboarding process of new employees based on the produced documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years experience in a comparable role.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, accounting and IT principles and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using documentation tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics Business Central or SalesForce is an asset.
