**Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez**:
- Supporter l’équipe d’analystes plan directeur afin de standardiser les livrables, améliorer les outils dans Excell et revoir certains processus clés
- Coordonner les plans directeurs de production de ses programmes et secteurs en fonction des différentes contraintes
- Élaborer des scénarios en tenant compte des stratégies et contraintes manufacturières, des variations de vente et des imprévus:
- Évaluer l’impact sur l’espace, la main d’œuvre, la chaine d’approvisionnement et autres contraintes
- Identifier les risques de chacun des scénarios et proposer le scénario le plus optimal
- Communiquer les modifications du plan de son programme et secteurs
- Garantir l’intégrité des données du système ERP et autres systèmes relatifs aux différents jalons du plan directeur
- Contrôler et mesurer le respect du plan directeur de son programme et secteurs à l’aide de différents indicateurs de performance
- Accompagner son programme et ses secteurs dans la conception de plans de rattrapage ou résolution de problème
- Participer aux gouvernances des unités de production
- Supporter et/ou participer à des mandats de projet d’amélioration de ses secteurs.
L’analyste plan directeur contribue à la planification stratégique des opérations; élabore les cédules du programme et de l'usine selon les capacités, les contraintes et les objectifs de rentabilité de l’entreprise; analyse les situations complexes dans un environnement exigeant où des décisions efficaces et structurées doivent être prises; vérifie le respect du plan, communique les analyses aux clients et les accompagne dans la conception des plans de rattrapage.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat en gestion des opérations et de logistique, en génie industriel ou en génie de la production automatisée
- Vous possédez au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la planification ou du génie industriel, ainsi qu’une solide expérience en milieu manufacturier
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la suite MS Office et vous maitriser parfaitement Excel et Power Point
- Vous êtes organisé, autonome et capable de gérer votre temps efficacement
- Vous avez des compétences avancées en analyse, en planification, en résolution de problèmes ainsi que des bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
- Vous visez l’atteinte des résultats tout en étant un bon joueur d’équipe
- Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes à communiquer en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
