**Description**:
- Assists on administrative tasks for Le Labo to fulfil its projects: i.e preparation of documents, presentations, spreadsheets...Etc - Actively participates to achieve Le Labo's expansion by assisting on new door openings
- Contributes to achieving KPIs by ensuring shipments of necessary non sellable materials reach our locations in a timely manner.
- Keeps records of maintenance tasks and books necessary repairs.
- Supports achieving project budgets by keeping an eye on costs and raising purchase orders.
- In a cost-efficient and timely manner, supports the rest of the London Operations team by researching and providing supplies our doors require for successful daily activities.
- Ensures compliance across regions by creating, reviewing, and updating in store procedures and makes sure these are adhered to.
- Updates internal trackers and documents.
- Ensures quality, customer care and Health & Safety standards are met at our locations.
- Assists with POS updates: add employee, update back end with employee pins (under manager approval)
- Contributes to reduce stock loss by supporting on stocktakes, running in store shrinkage reports and investigates findings.
- Support with the IT procurement/planning/troubleshooting
**Qualifications**:
- University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking
- Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $41,100 to 61,700. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
