The new manager will work closely with the General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager and supervisors to continue to make K1 Speed not just a great place to visit, but also to work.
- Full time, permanent position
- Approx. 40-44 hours per week
- Must have open availability including weekends
**Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:
- Recruitment - complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations
- Training - support our trainers. new hires and existing employees
- Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions
- Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits
- Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service
- Safety - ensure that all customer and employees are following the safety processes
- Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and update
- Scheduling - help to create and communicate work schedules
- Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports
- Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods
- Employee relations - support employees as needed
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or post-secondary school degree
- 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive
- 5+ years of experience in customer service
