Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for managing all things technology? This senior role is all about developing and delivering on strategic IT plans - from servers, networking and wireless to user control, cybersecurity, telephony and more. You’ll also be pivotal in managing the relationship with our IT consulting company to ensure excellent service while also handling in-house needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all IT systems, phones and security for the Diversco Group of Companies
- Evaluate IT strategies, policies, controls and procedures in relation to business demands
- Create, advise, present and deliver on strategic plans for implementing IT solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including IT consulting company, phone providers, hardware and software providers and more
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all IT-related matters, ensuring prompt resolution and mínimal disruption to business systems
- Manage IT projects by collaborating with internal departments and external providers as required
- Lead the research, implementation and management of phone systems, server room needs, cloud backups and endpoint security
- Ensure solid disaster recovery, back-up procedures and controls
- Establish and enforce a high level of IT control and standards throughout the companies
- Manage all remote software tools, monitoring agents and hardware and software assets
- Collect, analyze and present reports on general infrastructure, stability and security

**Qualifications**:

- Industry certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, and Fortinet desired
- Proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and its back-end administration tools
- Disaster Recovery & Cybersecurity knowledge
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and security systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with external vendors and communicate well internally at all levels
- Ticketing system experience with ConnectWise or similar
- Experience with CRM or ERP projects nice to have

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
