**Devoirs et Responsabilités**

- Aider à atteindre les objectifs du quart de travail, y compris l'achèvement précis et en temps opportun de toutes les activités du quai et des tâches de bureau de soutien.
- Communiquer les problèmes liés au quai, les problèmes ou les divergences de procédure à la direction
- Travailler avec le service de répartition pour réagir aux changements d'équipement requis au cours du quart de travail
- Assister les superviseurs de quai avec la formation des associés de quai dans toutes les procédures de travail et SOP liées aux opérations de quai
- S'assurer que le processus de propreté des équipements de l'entreprise est respecté
- Superviser l'acheminement des expéditions, le chargement et le déchargement du fret.
- Assurer la liaison avec OS&D et le service d'expédition.
- Administrer le programme hebdomadaire d'inventaire des quais.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec le superviseur du quai concernant les activités sur le quai ainsi que les problèmes quotidiens.
- Attribuer une utilisation appropriée de l'équipement, par ex. Scanner RF, chariots élévateurs.
- S'assurer que les normes de qualité sont respectées en vérifiant visuellement le produit et en examinant les documents
- Aider à atteindre les objectifs du quart de travail, y compris l'achèvement précis et en temps opportun de toutes les activités du quai et des tâches de bureau de soutien.
- Tenir le Dock Manager informé de toute circonstance inhabituelle survenant pendant le quart de travail.
- Prioriser le déchargement et le chargement du fret
- Informer les parties concernées lorsque le fret sera en retard ou s'il y a un problème avec le fret.
- S’assurer que tous les camions/remorques sont dans les bonnes portes.
- S’assurer que toutes les unités P&D ont été déchargées ou autrement comptabilisées.
- S’assurer que tous les manifestes sont imprimés et télécopiés au besoin.
- S’assurer que toutes les portes sont correctement sécurisées.
- S'assurer que les commandes des clients sont traitées avec précision à la fois physiquement et dans les systèmes.
- S'assurer que les relations avec les clients sont maintenues à un niveau élevé de satisfaction.
- Superviser toutes les tâches d'étiquetage et de tri des clients survenant pendant le quart de travail
- Guider toutes les fonctions d'expédition et de réception qui se produisent pendant le quart de travail
- Surveiller les activités de réception/déchargement des camions entrants
- Fournir un encadrement et une formation en cours d'emploi
- Autres tâches pouvant être assignées par le superviseur.
- Participer à certaines fonctions du service d'entrepôt/dock au besoin
**Exigences et qualifications**
- Expérience précédente dans un rôle similaire dans un environnement de transport
- Souci du détail avec un sens de l'urgence
- Solides compétences en communication, à la fois écrite et verbale

The Foreman/Team Lead is the “go to” person for the associate team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**NOTE: THIS SHIFT IS FROM 2PM TO 11PM**
- Assist in achieving the objectives for the shift including the accurate and timely completion of all dock activities and supporting office tasks.
- Communicate dock related issues, problems or procedural discrepancies to Management
- Work with Dispatch department to react to required equipment changes during the course of the shift
- Assist the Dock Supervisors with the training of dock associates in all job procedures and SOP related to dock operations
- Ensure that the company’s Equipment Cleanliness process is being adhered to
- Oversee routing of shipments, loading and unloading freight.
- Liaise with OS&D and dispatch department.
- Administer the weekly Dock Inventory Program.
- Communicate regularly with the Dock Supervisor regarding activities on the dock floor as well as day to day issues.
- Allocating proper use of equipment e.g. RF Scanner, forklifts.
- Ensure quality standards are met by visually auditing product and reviewing paperwork
- Assist in achieving the objectives for the shift including the accurate and timely completion of all dock activities and supporting office tasks.
- Keep Dock Manager apprised of any unusual circumstances occurring on the shift.
- Prioritize the unloading and loading of freight
- Inform the appropriate parties when freight will be late, or if there is a problem with the freight.
