**Your New Role: Maintenance Coordinator - Landscape & Snow Removal**
**What You’ll Do**:
Dive into the CORE of our operations, where your skills will shine as you take charge of a diverse array of administrative, innovative, and strategic tasks.
- **Customer Service**: act as a primary contact to all stakeholders, handling inquiries, quotes, and service requests related to Landscaping & Snow Removal.
- **Work Order Management**: dispatch work and coordinate Landscape & Snow Removal projects and contracts based on availability, priority, and by co-managing service schedules, to ensure timely completion.
- **Support Operations**: work closely with Operations Managers to support daily operations, assisting with various administrative duties.
- **Administration**: support sales initiatives, HR, training, process development, and minor financial related tasks.
- **Data Analysis**: provide a quality review by regularly auditing operational data, work orders, and progress tracking.
- **Documentation**: maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
**Who You Are**:
- A strong problem solver with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
- A self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and is highly detail-oriented.
- Adaptable with exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
- Able to work proficiently in a fast-paced setting, managing tasks with precision and focus.
- Possess strong organizational capabilities, keeping projects and priorities on track with ease.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
**Your Background**:
- Experience in a similar role is a requirement. Preferably 2+ years.
- Background in one of the following: Landscaping, Renovations, Snow Removal.
- Administrative planning, organization, and/or management experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of technology and systems is an asset.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Moncton Area.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
