**About the team**:

**What will your typical day look like?**:
Are you passionate about solving problems and finding ways to create more value? In a typical day as Senior Technical Analyst, you play a key role in executing strategic initiatives for BMO technology, in support of raising digital fluency of employees. You are energized by ambiguity and thrive in an environment where priorities shift frequently. As a strategic leader, you will provide thought leadership, consultation, and insights to engage and extend our reach to employees across the bank by promoting new processes and methodologies. Your work will also include working with internal and external partners to continuously look for ways to improve the enterprise technology experience. This will include investigating ways to boost employee productivity through increased adoption of the digital mindset.

**Enough about us, let’s talk about you**:

- Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, stakeholder management, communications, and post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Economics, Communications, or related discipline is required
- You are self-motivated, continuous learner who finds value in helping others
- The ability to, and have experience demonstrating managing multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time with a high standard quality of work
- Ability to manage cross functional/cross organizational relationships to drive desired outcomes
- Passion, curiosity, and ability to break down strategic problems, analyze both qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide insights and recommendations
- Expert knowledge and experience in planning, counsel, presentation, and measurement (prior consulting experience is preferred)
- Storyteller with the ability to develop concise PowerPoint presentations for an executive audience
