**What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role, you will:

- provide consultation and second level technical support
- provide systems development expertise on strategic projects
- conduct systems analysis for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- evaluate and negotiate vendors' proposals and recommend selection
- develop, manage and coordinate customized and standard training curriculum and system for.net technologies

**How do I qualify?**:
**Technical Knowledge and Skills**:

- you can use other programming languages, PL/SQL, T-SQL or Access programming, report creation, OLAP tools and Unit Testing
- you can develop using the following technologies: MS Azure, DevOps, GitHub, Salesforce, MS Windows, MS IIS/Web Services, MS SQL Server, Oracle on both Sun Solaris/Windows OS, MS SharePoint, WebSphere, and MS-PowerBI
- you understand large scale systems analysis, design, development, information architecture and emerging technologies to plan and lead the analysis, design, development and implementation of systems solutions

**Analytical and Coordinating Skills**:

- you can design and develop software and coordinate large projects
- you can use analytical skills to perform case development, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop workable solutions

**Consulting and Communication Skills**:

- you have consulting and communication skills to provide advice and expertise, prepare and present written reports, interview client managers, determine needs and prepare business cases
- you can negotiate contracts with vendors for acquisition of services
- you can effectively collaborate with other teams for the resolution of technical issues
