CAREER OPPORTUNITY

**Role**: National Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain relationships and drive incremental growth with our current suite of National Account customers.
- Regular business reviews with all National Accounts with a focus on warranty penetration, term, and ancillary products.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers with a focus on prioritization of accounts that are well matched to Lubrico’s product offering.
- Enhance the organization’s reputation in the automotive market by attending industry events and educating peers on the value of Lubrico.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a calculated plan to advance sales growth in the National Account arena. - Formulate a strategic plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets.
- Uncover new opportunities in emerging dealership markets such as online retailers, automotive brokers, and various other emerging organizations in the automotive industry.
- Create, maintain, and continually update tactical plans for the field sales reps to execute.
- Implement a formal training routine for all National Accounts and track this training to ensure maximum results for our customers.
- Monthly senior level meetings to report internally on progress and opportunities with a specific focus on market trends and pending opportunities.
- Maintain and update monthly customer reports.
- Effectively manage, support, and guide key Lubrico stakeholders with performance reports and account specific updates.
- Some territory management may be required on a short-term basis to cover a maternity leave lasting approximately 12 to 18 months.
- Other tasks as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience selling to Automotive Dealerships.
- 5+ years of experience as a team lead in a Sales capacity.
- A proven record of exceeding sales results, specifically in an automotive sales capacity.
- Experience in calling on and working with large Canadian Dealership groups.
- Ability to travel throughout Canada.
- Must have a valid Canadian driver license.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, and Salesforce is a benefit.
- Being located in Ontario is preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
