In Group Disability, we serve more than 5 million Canadians - plan members and their dependents - through our more than 11,000 group benefit plans across the country. Our customers include employees, associations, affinity groups and creditors in virtually every industry in Canada, and we're proud to be their benefits provider.

The Referral Management team supports Group Disability in the interactions and use of services from third party providers.

The Disability Referral Coordinator (DRC) is an integral member of Group Disability Operations and is responsible for the coordination of various activities in support of clients and group disability operations, including service referrals, client follow ups, invoice validation and processing and supplier payment.

Effective relationships with the team and internal partners will help facilitate successful outcomes for the activities included in this role.

**Please note this role is a contract for 12 months duration.**

**What will you do?**
- Ensure the appropriate assignment, scheduling and routing of referrals
- Complete plan member follow-up calls when required
- Validation of received data and reports
- Validation/creation of supporting documentation files
- Invoice processing (payments, reversals, credits, refunds)
- Adhoc inquiry support
- Work auditing
- Error correction
- Involvement in the maintenance and ongoing updating and improvement of process documentation
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

- Bilingualism (French, English) required
- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners
