**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage the operations of the establishment to ensure smooth functioning.
- Cultivate professional and positive customer relationships, engaging with guests regularly.
- Continuously learn about food and menu-related knowledge, consistently enhancing professional expertise.
- Provide table service, including taking orders, presenting menus, and coordinating with the kitchen for orders.
- Ensure the quality of dishes by conducting quality inspections before serving.
- Handle billing and payment matters to ensure precise and error-free transactions.
- Address customer-related inquiries and service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by management to ensure the seamless operation of the establishment.

Working Hours: 11:30 am to 7:30 pm / 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Probationary Period: $3600 + tips$10-$12 per hour (increased to $3800 after probation)

**Salary**: $3,600.00-$3,800.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V6X 3C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
