Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers, vendors and colleagues and redirect to support of internal processes / procedures and customer needs.
- Provide reports and support to the sales team
- Provide administrative support for operations team
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relations. Communicate with clients in person or over the phone, and provide effective, timely solutions to our customers.
- Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence on time. Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
- Set up and maintain files.
- Managing customer relationships by accommodating preferences and maintaining professional level of communication
- Speaking to customers in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Holding meaningful conversations to understand their needs and offer the right products/services to meet them
- Inform clients on **_new_** release products and policies
- Quickly identify and solve problems on the spot to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support
- Assist in office administration tasks as required.
