**Education**
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Legal studies.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with collections, correspondence, financial statements, reports and records, and civil litigation required.
- Experience with MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint

**Security and Safety**
- Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, Employment references required.

**Job Duties**
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Report and document investigations and conclusions/recommendations.
- Collect payments from debtors.
- Research records, court files and other legal documents.
- Professionalism in customer service
- Research legal precedents and gather evidence.
- Complete credit and loan documentation
- Trace and locate debtors.
- Provide customer service.
- Complete legal documentation
- Analyze financial documents and reports.
- Draft legal correspondence

Pay: $28.39 per hour
