Client Services Assistant

As the Client Services Assistant, your role is key in ensuring that our client relations run smoothly through directly supporting our Operations team on key tasks and projects.

This full-time role reports to our National Client Services Manager and will work out of our Vancouver, BC office. The schedule for this role will be either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on the department’s needs at the time of hiring; shifts will primarily be worked from our Head Office, with any weekend shift being worked from home.

You will possess very strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills, will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be comfortable learning and using new software systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage, build, and maintain relationships between clients
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service for all clients
- Handle client queries and investigate complaints, escalating serious or complex issues to the appropriate individuals
- Work with local management teams to ensure client needs are met
- Create contracts and other client-related documents as assigned
- Liaise with clients to ensure proper documentation and contracts are processed

- Participate in and coordinate the set up of new contracts
- Outline and participate in the development of process documents and procedures such as creaking post orders and training manuals for client sites as needed
- Review, revise, and prepare reports with data analysis to clients as needed
- Prepare, evaluate, and distribute quotes
- Respond to emergency and coverage requests
- Assist with general office administration as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support as needed to the administrative and leadership teams.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles is a benefit.
- Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not necessary.
- Some post-secondary education.
- Able to reliably commute to our Vancouver, BC office.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning and using new software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
