**Who are we and what do we do?**
RFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites, digital marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.
We are a full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.
**What’s the job all about?**
RFDM is looking to build an in-house SDR capacity to support both internal and client facing SDR solutions. Working alongside our Sales and Marketing executive teams, you will be supported in becoming an expert in SDR methodology and tactics, as they fit within the broader GTM strategies of our own business, as well as our client’s business.

**What’s the offer?**
The role is full time remote role, Mon-Fri, based on a standard 7.5 hour work day around our core working hours. This is a full-time sales position where we will coach you into ownership, ability and experience. RFDM prioritizes a healthy work-life balance and will empower you in developing your own workload management to ensure you are able to meet your deliverables without impeding your non-work passions. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended health plan, and three weeks paid vacation to start.
