- Ability to work and manage customer expectations as part of a team as well as on your own

- Preferably possess 1 year minimum of Automotive parts experience
- An inherent love of the automotive business and providing exceptional customer service
- Possess a high level of integrity and accountability

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Source and order automotive parts for customer's through authorized suppliers
- Process returns, warranties and cores as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customers and their vehicles
- Maintain inventory accuracy at all times
- Identify and report on low stock items
