**About the role**
- As a Technical Publications Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising personnel and all processes related to capturing requirements, monitoring development and delivery of S1000D publications
- Meeting quality, cost and schedule requirements for assigned projects
- Promoting a team atmosphere focused on innovation, customer satisfaction and efficient work effort
- Monitoring demand from customers and programs and ensuring staffing is adequate for anticipated work
- Contributing to the development of S1000D data modules and Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETMs)
- Troubleshooting, supporting and implementing solutions to the tools and processes used for the authoring and publishing solution.

**What you bring to the role**
- Experience in S1000D authoring and knowledge of the S1000D International Specification for Technical Publications
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, solve problems, and consistently meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Superior attention to detail, the ability to follow set procedures, and a desire for accuracy in job performance
- Strong verbal communication, writing and presentation skills
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian government security clearance

**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Experience with HiCo Content Suite and X-Browser Pro or other S1000D Common Source Database Publishing Suite
