**Your mission is clear: Reinvent the realm of optometry recruitment. While being a pivotal player in our Eye Care Professionals Recruitment team, you won't just be hiring; you'll be forging robust connections, networking with finesse, and delving deep to discover passive talent pools.**:
**What Will You Be Doing?**:
- **Headhunting Excellence**: Aggressively source and foster relationships with the crème de la crème of Optometrists and Opticians countrywide.
- **Strategic Nurturing**: Maintain recruitment pipelines, continually strengthening internal and external relationships.
- **Trailblazing Initiatives**: Assist in sculpting recruitment strategies and campaigns that perfectly resonate with our brand ethos.
- **Seamless Integration**: From coordinating interviews to the final onboarding touchpoints - ensure a smooth transition for all new hires.
- **Tech Mastery**: Champion optimizing and utilizing tools such as Power BI, our CRM (Phenom), ATS (UKG), and other cutting-edge recruitment tools.
- **Empowerment**: Act as a beacon of guidance and expertise for hiring managers throughout the recruitment labyrinth.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferably within a high-growth environment. Agency background is a significant plus.
- **Tenacious Sourcing**: Posting and praying is anathema to you. You live for the thrill of the pursuit, and the words 'Hard-to-fill' are music to your ears.
- **Communicative Prowess**:Stellar written and verbal English skills; French would be the cherry on top.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Your administrative skills should be second to none, always spotting the minutiae.
- **Tech-savvy**:Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI, as well as CRM and ATS systems.
- **Flexibility**: Thriving in a constantly evolving landscape is second nature.
